Returns & Exchanges

We offer a straightforward returns process for all online orders, allowing you to return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unworn condition. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit of your Oliver Spencer garments.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or schedule a pickup.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
